Meet the New State-wide Family Network Project Director
Crystal Dugan, MBA, is the State-wide Family Network Project Director for MSP-CAN. As the SFN Project Director, she is responsible for for the overall management, implementation, and evaluation of the Building Infrastructure Project. Crystal also ensures that information is updated and reviewed, develops evaluations methods and procedures, develops organizational materials, and provides training and education to parents and children through conferences, individual emotional support, and information and referral. Crystal also updates The Network's website, develops a quarterly newsletter, and ensures that Legislative news on children's issues are available on this site. She has nine years experience in the Mental Health field, providing support, services, and advocacy with both children and adults.
